HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?
- Student program: The program consists of 16 grades, divided into a total of 4 years, with 4 qualification exams per year until the black belt is achieved. In total you’ll study 192 combat techniques, 12 for each grade.
- Instructor program: You will train 4 years to become a black belt
HOW DOES THE TRAINING WORK?
With our training methodology we cover all the areas that Thai Boxing includes:
- Striking Exercises: We use protection and strike on all types of equipment, such as Thai pads, focus pads, kick shields … We develop technique through striking .
- Combat training and sparring: We train with protection (shin guards, gloves, elbow pads …), working on all areas (fists, knees, elbows, feet …) and practicing with an opponent. It’s great for beginners to learn and for more advanced practitioners to develop fighting attributes It’s also designed for those who want to enter into competitive sport fighting.

- Students program: You can do this program through our online classes or in one of our physical locations.
- Instructors program:You can be certified as an instructor through our online platform or see in which countries we have the option to become a franchisee.
